How do i sign up?
At checkout, just enter your email when prompted on the screen—or ask a team member to help you sign up. You can also join anytime online 👉 Sign up here
How do I earn loyalty points?
Give your email at checkout or use a linked card. You’ll earn 1 point for every $5 spent on eligible in-store purchases.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you've earned enough, you'll be prompted at the register. You use up to 50 points per order.
Do I need an app?
Nope! Our new loyalty program is completely app-free. Just use your email or linked card.
Can I still use the old app?
No. Our app-based loyalty program ended on June 30, and points did not transfer to the new system.
Can I sign up after my order is closed?
Of course! However, at this time we are not able to add points to your account once you've completed your transaction.
Where can I check my points balance?
Your point total appears at the bottom of your receipt. Or check online 👉 View your points. Or, you can download the Local By Toast app.
Can I link a card to earn points automatically?
Yes! Linking a credit or debit card means you’ll earn points every time you pay.

WILL I ACCRUE LOYALTY POINTS FROM PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?
No, you will not receive loyalty points from purchasing a gift card. You can however receive loyalty points when paying with that gift card if the items purchased are eligible for loyalty.
IF I DISCOUNT AN ITEM, WILL POINTS BE EARNED ON THE ITEM BEFORE OR AFTER THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED?
Loyalty points are earned on the post-discount, pre-tax amount for all items.
Can i have more than one card linked to my loyalty?
Multiple credit cards can be linked to a single Loyalty account, but only one email or phone number and one customer profile can be used.
