Returns & Exchanges


At Vibrant Coffeehouse & Kitchen, we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our guests. 

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return request. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, confections, or coffee beans cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of gift cards or sale items. And we cannot accept any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

If you purchased your item in person

If you purchased your item in person, please bring it back to the Coffeehouse. Once we determine that the item is eligible for return or exchange: 

  • We will provide a refund to the original payment method or by gift card; or

  • If you desire to exchange an apparel item for a different size, we will complete the exchange as long as the desired size is currently in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will provide a refund. 

If you purchased your item online

If you purchased your item online, please mail or ship your item back to us at Vibrant Coffeehouse & Kitchen, 6600 44th Ave., Moline IL 61265. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

The time it may take for your returned product to reach us will vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for the return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used as method of payment, within seven (7) working days. 


Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank and credit card company for the status of your refund. Please email if your refund has not appeared after 10 working days from our notification to you.
