Do I have to use the app to earn V/C Perks?
Yes—but we've made it even easier to get your rewards. Just open the app and scan the QR code on the home screen to register your purchase. As long as you scan the app, it doesn’t matter how you pay—all your purchases will be associated with your account. (Of course, it never hurts to get the Vibrant Card and save 20% on food and drinks, just saying.)
Will you offer bonus V/C Perks rewards?
Yes! Stay tuned for announcements of upcoming bonus points days via our social media channels and in your inbox.
Do my previous V/C Perks points carry over to Be Vibrant?
You’ll be starting over again with a clean slate on Be Vibrant—but because your points are worth 5x as much, it won’t take long to earn great rewards.
How long does it take for V/C Perks to show up in my account?
You’ll receive your points as soon as your latest order appears in your Order History on the app. Allow up to 48 hours for your transaction to appear—and if it doesn’t, send us a message via the app and we’ll track down your points!
Do I earn points on everything I buy?
Yes! You’ll earn a point for every dollar you spend, whether you’re buying food, drinks, ice cream, merch, or coffee beans. There are just a couple of restrictions—you won’t earn points on sales tax or tips, and if you cash in some of your V/C Perks to get a discount on your order, you won’t earn points on the discounted amount.
Can I order online?
Not yet—but we’ll be adding a lot more features to Be Vibrant in the next few months. Be on the lookout!
